Founder and Principal
Ryan Gerlitz is the founder and principle of Plumb and Level Industries Ltd. Ryan is a second generation Wall and Ceiling Red Seal Journeyman and credits his father and other influential tradesmen with providing building blocks for his success.
It was a frustration with the Wall and Ceiling Industry as a whole that moved him to explore independent business opportunities to provide a higher standard of service, quality, and professionalism. With a firm conviction that there was a "better way", he founded Plumb & Level and instituted business innovations with a quality-first mentality. He continues to pursue business partners that believe in a better way or are willing to be convinced of such.
